The Position
We’re looking for a specialist who solves problems, and wants to be a major factor in the success of the implementation and maintenance of our product. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys simultaneously executing on multiple deliverables, and has an ability to explain technical topics to both engineers and non-technical coworkers. If you like tackling a wide range of tasks, this job is for you.

Responsibilities
Can effectively communicate directly with customers
Provide product support to customers by researching, troubleshooting issues, and providing answers within defined SLAs
Improve product usability by writing and maintaining documentation
Create and maintain the education content to help Extole’s clients succeed
Work with management to improve internal processes and achieve KPIs
Help prioritize feature requests
Execute on a queue of technical, client-related tasks. Including:
Implement client-specific requirements within our tool
Investigating integration and configuration errors
Execute on technical runbooks to configure integrations and specific product features
Automating common tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent problem-solving, verbal communication, and critical thinking skills
Positive demeanor and ability to communicate with customers
Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Intercom or similar support platforms a plus
Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, and general web knowledge
