Are you a technical problem-solver passionate about understanding customer needs and shaping product direction? As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Extole, you'll have the unique opportunity to design and deploy creative, reusable tech solutions to support exceptional user experiences.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, working with well-known brands in banking, retail, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Launch and Customer Success teams to launch new customers and expand existing customer integrations'
  • Work collaboratively and cohesively with Product and Engineering to design and deploy new packaged solutions that respond to client opportunities;
  • Analyze complex integration environments and marketing programs to find elegant solutions;
  • Provide expert advice on using tags, APIs, files, webhooks, and program design;
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Extole’s technology into the tech stacks of large global enterprises: Leverage your understanding of mobile and web technology to help customers execute their desired use cases & discover new use cases;
  • Participate in customer meetings and calls to lead customer technical teams through effective solutions and implementation;
  • Prepare and deliver solution designs and technical presentations that explain the product and implementation to customers;
  • Manage technical aspects of RFP responses and security reviews;
  • Help customers troubleshoot the implementation of the product within their systems;
  • Apply industry/domain/technology expertise to customer implementations and partner integrations;
  • Design and deploy new features like integrations or programs for reuse by other Extole clients.

Qualifications:

  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills;
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role;
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and understanding how to move projects forward;
  • MarTech knowledge a plus along with experience integrating with common industry platforms (Salesforce, Segment, Klaviyo, etc.);
  • Experience with financial platforms is valuable (Jack Henry, FiServ, FIS, NCR, others);
  • Video call presence: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and professional;
  • Innovative and assertive. Able to learn new technologies and assess situations quickly;
  • Track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment;
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with Success, Engineering, and Product;
  • Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills;
  • You should be familiar with React/HTML/CSS/JavaScript and mobile platforms;
  • You should be comfortable using UNIX/macOS terminal;
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering a plus.
